As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is integral to building and expanding relationships with general contractors, developers, and self-storage companies looking to develop, enhance, or expand their projects.
Business Development Responsibilities:
Work hours are not structured due to nature of sales and may require some weekend work due to travel, conferences, and events. 40 hour a week with paid overtime, plus benefits (medical, 401K, holidays, bonus). Base salary with commission per close on sale. Professional certificate training and sale qualifications are included at no cost.
